Returns & Exchanges

At Mexicali Blues, we want you to love your Bohemian Paper Star Decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original, unassembled condition to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the paper star items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully fold your paper stars into their original packaging to prevent tearing, and include the packing slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your mailing box or envelope.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor for damage, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
